Class Descriptions
Little Sparks
Age 2
Designed for our youngest dancers to work on motor skills and introduce very beginner dance steps.
Dress code: Leotard and skirt, pink tights, pink ballet shoes
Rising Stars
Age 3-5
A class that provides an introduction to ballet and tap. Dancers will learn beginner dance skills and concepts.
Dress code: Leotard and skirt, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes
Acro
Age 5+
A blend of acrobatics and dance. Dancers will work on a variety of tricks used across all dance styles, with a focus on strength and flexibility training.
Dress code: Form fitted clothing (no baggy clothes), hair pulled back
Ballet
Age 6+
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and technique. Dancers will learn proper body alignment, coordination, and many other technical aspects of dance.
Dress code: Black leotard , optional skirt, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair pulled into a bun
Adult Open
Age 18+
In this open level class, you’ll cover a variety of styles. Be ready to learn fun combos in hip hop, jazz, and contemporary! You’ll also learn or review the fundamentals of each style.
Dress code: Athletic attire
Jazz
Age 6+
An energetic style of dance, working on strength, agility, coordination, and technique. Dancers will work on improving leaps, turns, and a variety of other skills.
Dress code: Form fitted clothing (no baggy clothes), tan jazz shoes, hair pulled back
Hip Hop
Age 8+
In this high energy class, dancers can build their cardio and stamina, while also building self confidence. This style can help make a well-rounded dancer.
Dress code: Athletic attire and sneakers
